1. Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours before check-in: Full refund (check-in time: 4 PM).
  • Same-day cancellation: Non-refundable, but you may request a reschedule if you notify us at least 24 hours prior.
  • Force majeure: If weather or government restrictions impact activities, we will try to offer alternatives. Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related disruptions.

  • 7+ days before check-in: Free reschedule (subject to availability)
  • 3-7 days before check-in: ₹500 modification fee
  • Less than 3 days: Not eligible for date changes

5. Weather-Related Situations

  • If Escape Way cancels due to severe weather: Full refund or free reschedule.
  • If guests cancel based on forecasts: Standard policy applies.
