1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or visiting Escape Way Pawna Lake Camping, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any point, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment. Payment details are shared securely.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a charge.

4. Guest Conduct

• Maintain respectful behavior toward guests and staff.
• Illegal activities, harassment, or unsafe behavior can result in eviction without refund.
• Weapons, hazardous materials, and banned substances are prohibited.

5. Alcohol & Smoking

• Alcohol is permitted for personal consumption. Drink responsibly.
• Smoking only in designated zones. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

6. Property & Damage

• Guests are liable for damage caused to tents, cottages, or common property.
• Report any pre-existing damage at check-in. Loss or theft of personal belongings is your responsibility.

7. Safety & Liability

• Follow all safety instructions, especially near water, bonfires, and adventure activities.
• Wear life jackets during boating/kayaking. Swimming is at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by guardians at all times.
• Escape Way is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss during activities.

8. Meals & Dietary Needs

Meals are served as per the plan selected. Inform us at least 48 hours in advance for dietary needs (Jain, vegan, allergies, etc.).

9. Paid Activities

Optional experiences like boating/kayaking incur additional charges and depend on weather. Prices may change without prior notice.

10. Weather Conditions

Outdoor activities may be modified or paused due to rain or operational constraints. Refunds are not available for weather disruptions, but we try to provide alternatives.

11. Photography & Media

We may capture photos/videos during events for promotional use. Inform staff at check-in if you'd prefer not to be featured.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect upon publishing on this page. Continued usage implies acceptance.
